Bouchon Bakery sits just off the North Tower elevators at The Venetian, making it a practical stop for anyone heading out early or needing a quick bite between appointments and exploring the Strip. This spot isn’t about lingering over a long breakfast or settling in with a laptop—there’s no seating here, so it caters well to those grabbing coffee and pastries on the move or to enjoy back in their rooms.

The atmosphere tends to be lively during morning rush hours, with steady lines forming as visitors and guests pick up morning essentials. The service moves efficiently, balancing the crowd without making it feel rushed, which fits well with the busy, transitional vibe you’d expect inside a bustling hotel complex.

The offerings lean heavily into classic French-inspired pastries, with standout items like a flaky, buttery croissant often requested warm, and macarons that bring a soft crunch and chewy texture filled with rich flavors—pistachio and salted caramel being popular choices. For those seeking something savory, the ham & cheese croissant or even a hot ham baguette fits the bill for a portable, subtle meal. The coffee here provides a real alternative to the standard Strip options, showing up in drinks like an iced caramel latte with a notably robust espresso base.

Because seating is absent, it works best for guests staying at The Venetian or those just passing through, who appreciate quality baked goods and a good cup of coffee without the fuss of a full café experience. Early mornings are the peak time for visits, and it’s wise to expect a line then—once you get your order, many opt to take it back to their room or out onto the casino floor.

Overall, Bouchon Bakery fits into the rhythm of the Las Vegas Strip as a straightforward, well-made bakery stop, focused on quick service and bringing a touch of French bakery craftsmanship into the heart of the bustling resort environment.

Bouchon Bakery is perfectly located right outside the North Tower elevators at The Venetian, making it an ideal stop for a quick breakfast or coffee before heading out for the day. We stopped in this morning and grabbed coffee and a macaron, and everything was excellent. The pistachio macaron was huge and absolutely delicious perfectly crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and full of rich pistachio flavor. We ordered a peppermint latte and a mocha, and both coffees were smooth, rich, and well-balanced, not overly sweet or watered down. Bonus points for the pricing: * Coffees were around $8 * The macaron was $6 Honestly, that's cheaper than Starbucks on the Strip, and the quality is noticeably better. If you're staying at The Venetian and want great coffee, excellent pastries, and a quick grab-and-go option without sacrificing quality, Bouchon Bakery is an easy win. We would absolutely stop here again. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures..

Bouchon Bakery inside The Venetian is a true gem, especially for guests staying in the North Towel since it’s conveniently located right outside. During my stay, I found myself returning daily for the same order: an iced caramel latte and a caramel macaron. The iced caramel latte stands out compared to what you’d typically find at most coffee shops. It had a bolder, more robust espresso base with a smooth caramel finish, rich, slightly toasty, and not overly sweet. Paired with their dedicate caramel macaron, which is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft within, it makes for an indulgent yet balanced treat. The consistency in both flavor and quality made this my go-to spot throughout my stay. A must-visit for anyone at The Venetian who appreciates thoughtfully crafted coffee and pastries with a French touch.

Definitely the best croissant in Las Vegas! I only tried their classic croissant, it was perfectly flaky, buttery, and so fragrant. You can even ask them to warm it up for you, and it tastes absolutely heavenly right away! The bakery has such a charming and elegant vibe, everything feels well-made and authentic. A must-visit spot if you love pastries or just want a little French moment in Vegas.

Yummy pastries and Equator coffee! Difficult to find because it is hidden under and behind the escalator by the Grand Lux Cafe BUT it is in the Venetian not the Palazzo. And there is always a line in the mornings so be prepared for that. Counter ordering and no tables to sit so you have to take it back to your room.

Okay so this isn't going to be the most dazzling bakery in the palazzo. However, the lovely man at the counter was so gracious and kind taking my order for a large group. The staff were so efficient whittling down the long line in 5 to 10 min and the food was good! Coffee was better than the usual Starbucks equivalent and the prices are extremely fair. If you are looking for a very quick grab and go this is going to be a fantastic option. Remember to tip the staff as this stand is extremely popular and they are all working hard.

I tried the chocolate almond croissant and a hazelnut latte both were amazing! The coffee is rich and smooth. On our last day, we wanted to buy some coffee beans, but they close early around 4:30. I’ll definitely be back next time to grab some!
